The AI Development is a small, opinionated engineering studio. We ship production AI agents, workflow automation, system integrations, and custom software — for teams that need things to actually work, not just demo well.

What we believe

AI is the most important tool layered into software engineering this decade. It is also one of the easiest places to ship expensive failure. We try to do the opposite — to be the studio that ships AI work that earns its keep, with evals you can run, observability you can query, and code you can maintain after we hand it over.

That means we say no to engagements where AI is the wrong answer. We charge for discovery because it's real work. We refuse to skip evals. We refuse to lock you in to a single provider. We treat the operational team — the people who'll use the system day after day — as the most important stakeholder.

Voice AI on Twilio with realtime LLMs. Document processing pipelines with confidence-tier human review. We've shipped operations platforms in cold-chain logistics, freight, EdTech, and accounts payable.

• Prototype on real data. 2-3 weeks. End-to-end on your actual inputs, not slides.
• Build is production-grade. Auth, idempotency, retries, observability, evals, runbooks. Not optional.
• Code is yours. Your git repo, your cloud, from day one.
• Handover is built in. Runbooks, eval suites, CI/CD configured for your team.

Where we ship

Globally. Most of our work is in EU and Middle East timezones with English as the working language. We deploy in your cloud — Firebase, Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP — and sign NDAs / DPAs as standard. CET working hours, same-day response within the business week.
